The vertical air handling unit features a patented high-strength dual-chamber anti-cold-bridge design profile. The panels are made from high-density rigid polyurethane, and the mechanical strength can reach the European EN1886 standard D1 level. The panel and dual-chamber aluminum alloy frame are filled with high-density rigid polyurethane for excellent insulation. The heat transfer coefficient meets the European EN1886:2007 standard T3 level. The unit frame and panel connections feature a dual-S seal design, with the actual leakage rate well below the national standard, achieving a unit sealing performance that meets the European EN1886 L1 level.
The cooling coil is made of high-quality phosphorus-deoxidized copper pipes with aluminum fins. The copper pipe ends are formed using a mechanical expansion process and custom-made molds. The aluminum fins are mechanically stamped and use a secondary folding process, tightly bonded to the copper pipes. This improves heat transfer efficiency while preventing dust accumulation and facilitating cleaning, thus preventing bacteria growth on the fins.
The high-efficiency, low-noise, double-suction, multi-blade centrifugal fan is designed specifically for air conditioning, offering high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation.
The external side-drawing filtration system optimizes the unit size, making it easier to replace and maintain filters while saving space. Different filter levels can be configured according to requirements.
The product’s design, production, and sales are strictly operated according to the ISO9001 quality assurance system.
The unit’s control scheme can be flexibly adapted to the client’s needs for optimal performance.
